I hope you enjoyed this Christmas series. Posts over the next month will likely mix in a little more Christmas as I still have a few sets that need to see some more love along with items from the new catalog that comes out in January. As a demonstrator I get the opportunity to pre-order tomorrow along with some items I already got a chance to order after a recent training event.

If you haven't tried sponging where you mask off something (in this case I masked the blue sections to do the yellow section and vice versa) go ahead and give it a try. For the sponging, you can cut one sponge into either 4 or 6 pieces and then designate one per color. I have used a punch of the paper in that same color to create a little handle for it.

Today's project is the third and final gift card holder of the Christmas series. This one again allows our Designer's Series Paper (DSP) to take center stage. It is a slide in and with the dimensions you can make 4 of them from one piece of cardstock. For this one, I loved the sentiment "warm wishes from our home to yours" from the Poinsettia Petals set seems to pair perfectly with the Trimming the Town DSP which has all kinds of houses.
Base: 5 1/2" x 4" Score at 2 1/2" & 5"
DSP: 2 1/4" x 3 3/4" Need 2-I used same pattern but could use two different ones
Liner card: 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"
Mount dsp on front then punch the notch (half circle). Fold & adhere bottom with tear tape then fold the small section and seal with tear tape. Lastly, put on the last piece of dsp so that the little flap is covered.

Inspired by a card I saw online, today comes the moose from Merry Moose bundle. This product was a returning favorite from last year-I am so happy he returned as I wasn't able to get him before he was sold out last year. I love all the extra touches that come with the set like the scarf that he is wearing on this card-it does need to be fussy cut as only the moose is in the punch. This card is finished off with a couple small touches in the Seaside Spray metallic ribbon and the Holiday Rhinestones.
