These two different fun fold cards show how versatile our DSP really is. While the Gilded Autumn is used here, it could easily be switched out with different dsp and coordinating colors and still be just as gorgeous.
The first card is a half front card, meaning it is a standard base but the top half is cut off the front-like a barn door. The dsp is then cut in strips and layered on coordinating color cardstock. This card uses the Gold Foil paper to accentuate the gold in one of the patterns. The sentiment has slots punched on both ends by the Label Me Fancy Punch and the Gold Metallic Edge Ribbon, colored with the Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends to match the card base, to allow the ribbon to be weaved through it.
The second card uses a standard base but is turned to landscape format and scored at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2". The score at 2 3/4" is folded back against itself and then a piece of Copper Foil is put on the "flap". The inside uses the dsp as a layer and then both the inside and outside each have a piece 4" x 3" centered on them. The sentiment is stamped on a diecut from the Tasteful Labels dies. It is layered on a piece that has been sponged with a masking technique-a die from the Tasteful Labels dies was cut from a piece of paper and that paper was used as a mask so only the section that was cut out is where the ink appears on the paper.
I love how you can get such different looking cards with the same dsp. Note: Material list below is for both cards.
