Today's card uses a fun background created by using a punch and different patterns from a pack of Designer Series Paper. This paper is Gilded Autumn and it is a specialty DSP as a bunch of the patterns include a foil aspect in this pack both gold & copper. To highlight the copper in the dsp, the punched pieces are layered on Copper Foil.
The card base is standard size 5 1/4" x 4 1/2" and is the thick Very Vanilla, it is a thicker weight than the standard Very Vanilla which is a thinner weight for creating layers.
The center "punch" sentiment is stamped in Versamark and then gold embossing powder is added and then heated with the embossing heat tool to permanently set it. You know the powder is set when it goes from looking like powder to being a smooth/shiny image. The leaves and acorn are punched from one of the dsp sheets with the Autumn Punch Pack, a 3 punch pack that includes the three images shown. It is all "tied together" with the gold trim form the Forever Greenery Trim pack. The center punch is popped up with dimensionals so it stands up from the rest of the card.
