Christmas Day 5: Trimming the Town Gift Card Holders

This Christmas series is going to bring you some extra things besides cards and 3-D items and today is one of those days with the first of a couple gift card holders. This one uses DSP as a focus-I used the opposite side of the paper on each one just to show the versatility of the double sided paper. These are pretty simple to make and the inside flap gives you a nice spot for a sentiment or handwritten note. I decorated the band with a sentiment cut out with the Layering Circle Dies mounted on another circle but you could change it up to use other dies or punches you have.

Dimensions & scoring:

Base:  3" x 9 1/4"     Score at 3 1/2" and 7 1/4"

Band: 1" x 6 3/4"    Score at 1 3/4" and 4 7/8"

Sentiment  card:  2 3/4" x 1 3/4"

DSP:  2 3/4" by 3 1/2", 3 1/4" and 1 3/4"
